I just bought a 1995 Geo Metro. The head lights worked fine when I bought it, but now it's showing some problems. Here's how it is. My day light works fine, but when I turn the head lights on, it no longer works. So I have to drive at night with a dim head light. My high beam works also, but only when it is set on the temporary setting. (It does not work when the lever is set to have my high beam on permanently.) I've checked the fuses, and the bulb, the wiring, and they are all fine. Can anyone give me advice as to what I should check next? Thanks.

Verify with a used swith,i have a 93 and i after of 3 years of use mine do the same thing.
