98 grand cherokee

we did a remotestart on a 98 grand cherokee last week and they called back saying the aibag light was on, we didn't check out this vehical so we don't know if it was on when it left. today when it came in we hooked up the snap-on scan tool to clarthe code but there are no codes present. so next we disscod the 455t interface from dei for the lock system with no luck, then we resortedto discoing the battery waiting 15 minuets touching the two together still with no luck,anyne have experience with the light in this jeep, some airbag systems that don't code through the scan-tool will flash a code but this one stays on solid.any ideas let me know, thanks.zargon ruler of estranorth

did you power up all of the ign. wires?????? that will cause problems such as airbag lights .... see if the light only come on during remote start mode.......or when they use a key....Good Luck
