Viper 791 Question

I have a 91 Accord and i have recently installed a Viper 791 and when i remote start my vehicle then hop in stick the key in a turn it and drive off i notice that on my key chain the icon for the exhaust is still on the display and even when i drive it and turn my vehicle off it is still there till i arm my car i have checked all my conections very well and my brake wire is hooked up that is one of the things i thought it was. DEI has no idea what it is they may think it is a bad Brain or remote please if anyone can help it would be apprecitaed thanks all...............

does it dissapear at any time while you are driving, like 10 or 20 mins after you have RSed the car?

did you tried checking to see if your "Page Notification" is turned on for your remote? press and hold all four buttons at the same time. hear one long beep that means you're in programming mode. press (*) key to toggle on/off.
