I've had the gmdl-bp lose their minds before, try swaping the bypass with a new unit. It's worked for me in tha past..

I usually use the dbpass23, omega's equivelant of the gmdlbp, and they usually work fine. passlock wires are yellow, white, and black in the distro block with the main ignition wires. they are in the vertical plug on the left in the middle all right next to each other. never had a no start, but have had issues with intermittent miscommunication in data lines that trips a "stability system disabled" message and traction control light on during remote start, only on loaded vehicles like yukon and escalade. used plxr to fix because that interfaces with passlock wires instead of data lines and cleared up, so watch out for that. but as far as what you have, I would power the unit down, try reprogramming the bypass, still don't work. another awesome tip, tach can be found behind ipc only white wire in the harness. four 7mm in ipc and you know how easy the dash trim comes off. hope this helps now or in the future.

Actually I don't even think they carry them anymore. Last time I went to the local Radio Shack I had no luck finding PC mounted axial lead fuses. The guy said they are getting out of the component end of it in the stores because there has been such a drop in demand. You'd probably have to visit there website and place a mail order just to get a few resistors.
Anyways. Jeff when you get the truck back I'm sure you'll find the colored wires you were looking for originally. You are usually pretty good when it comes to this sort of thing. Oh yeah whats with the (damn Dodge comment on a 2004 GMC Sierra? Lol
