same here.... the square subs dont have near the same sound quality as what i have heard out of round subs, they have spl but not sound quality... example: 2001 camaro 2 12" L7's in a very nicely built fiberglass box, the car was loud, but it sounded like crap, i felt bad for the guy who paid what he did for it

i think you guys are listenting to different subs...i have heard them sound like sh*t before, but trust me, i installed at least 100 of them last summer, and nothing pulls out of my garage that sounds like sh*t. it's in the install.

i never liked the square subs they have great spl but they sound to rough

10-8" kicker freeair on

old punch 250 p.c.

3 sets of 6.5" 4" 1" mbquarts

bi-amped on 3 alpine mrv-f340

2-jl 6" subs in doorpannel

on old punch 40ix

and running it all

kenwood kdc-x87
