where is the best place to cut the starter cable? inside the steering column or behind the fuse pannel?

and do you guys run extra cable to the relay to keep it hidden somewhere?

thanks for any advice.

im not a big fan of starter kills i just dont luike that fact that the 70,000 dollar car i just put an alarm in is erlying on a $0.69 relay to start up. depending on the vehicle if its a 98 or newer gm or a vehicle with a transponder, i wouldnt worry about a starter kill if somebody is talented enough to steal a car with these factory imobilizers in place they will be able to bypass a starter kill, but hey it just my .02

I agree with above post. I don't put on starter kill any more for vechile with immobilizer unless requested. From experience the cut wire behind the fuse panal has to be the most painful for me when looking for the starter kill relay wire.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.starter kill - Last Post -- posted image.
