I installed a Rattler remote start, keyless entry, and remote trunk release.  Car start works and trunk release works, but there is a problem with the keyless.  The keyless works but only when the factory alarm isn't interfereing.  I found the factory disarm wire is ORANGE / black stripe instead of the published purple wire.  And I do identify the light green wire for the factory alarm.  The only problem is I can disarm the factory alarm but I can not use keyless.  I know I have the right wires.  I have confirmed that keyless does work from the Rattler without the factory alarm on.  If anyone has any info. I would greatly appreicate it.

Thanks in advance for all of our guy's time!

when you arm the factory alarm, it disables the door switches (same thing happens on the minivans), try double pulsing the purple wire as usually the first pulse merely disarms the alarm, while the second pulse unlocks the doors. The ORANGE / black is unlock wire.

I followed the ORANGE / Black wire and it goes to the keyswitch on the door, which when pulsed disarms the alarm.  IF you double pulse this wire, it will in turn unlock the doors.  So with this in mind, I never did find the purple wire.  It is not in pin 24 of the connector like stated everywhere I have looked.  And the light green wire when pulsed does not arm the factory alarm.  The purple wire is not in the connector to the BCM.  Anywhere else someone could tell me would be appreicated.

Thanks Shaughn Murley for your responce,

Steve O
