i was driving to work today, and all my windows work how they are supposted to, so bad motor?

OH NO! so i went to test the 12 constant wire on my truck to start the alarm install and SPARKS FLEW! now my truck wont start, checked all fuses all are good. people keep telling me to check the fuse under the hood, i cant find one, where is it? my dome lights and head lights still work, battery read 12.6 ... anyone know what to do?
