relay for monentary,latched for reset

I am trying to configure relays for motion warn-away to roll windows up.I have a ground when armed and a ground when disarmed available to use.I have my window module set up to activate on a pulse.So was wanting to set up where if the motion is triggered it will roll up and not keep sending repeat signal to the roll up untill it is disarmed and armed.This site is greatcolorado tap the rockies
