Is there another way of doing it, so that it will not activate with a pulse's from the power door lock switch???

Just return that model and buy a unit that offers Remote Start with Keyless Entry. Your range is pretty limited when using your factory remote anyway. Otherwise the vehicle will start when pulsed from the interior. That's just the way those add-on units are designed.

yes , install a n alarm remote start unit.
