Hi!

I've installed a Viper 690XV into my car (Nissan 350Z) and connected it to several sensors and modules - see attached plans.

My problem now is, that from time to time, when arming the system, the doors will close, windows will roll up but then, there is a bypass notification (LED blinking 4 times) of the dual zone radar sensor.

It happens not always, but very often.

Can someone explain to me, whether I connected something wrong or how I can avoid those bypass notifications?

Thanks a lot!

Sorry, don't know why the second picture shows up like that! When creating the post, it looked quite normal :-(

Here it is again:

I found out myself, what was going wrong!

Last weekend, I went to town and bought a whole bunch of diodes Viper 690XV bypass notifications - Last Post -- posted image.

I installed some of them as shown in the attached picture, but it didn't help!
After trying a bit, I was lucky and found out, what to do else! I had to cut the ground for the radar sensor from the sensor harness and connect it to the orange ground when armed wire of the base unit. Thus, the radar sensor is not already turned on, while the windows are still closing, but only when the whole system arming mode is finished. The bypass notification seems to be gone Viper 690XV bypass notifications - Last Post -- posted image. . Just to be sure, I installed some additional diodes into all these wires which will not do any harm.

Thanks again and cheers!
