Ive just installed a remote starter some cheaper one from Canadian tire.
http://www.autostart.ca/prostart/prod-en_CT-3200.php
anyway I got the remote starter working just perfect, now I want to use the remote power door lock option. the unit can send out negative pluses on 2 separate wires for lock and unlock.
heres a diagram of the cars locking system, I cant figure out what kind of relay setup im going to need. 2 wire 3 wire power system, vacuum system im just more confused now.

oh and the car is a 2 door while the diagram is for a 4 door car, but that shouldn't change much.

According to my diagram in your car lock is lock is orange and unlock is pink both are 5 wire and in your driver kick panel. I am assuming this is right it has been a long time since I have even seen a Dodge Shadow. Wire your relays like this, cut your lock and unlock wires in two. Lock relay 85 negative trigger from your RS, 86 and 87 12 volts, 87a switch side of lock wire, 30 motor side of lock wire. Do the same for your unlock relay.

well it worked great, but I might add the wires were not in the kick panel.
after they enter through the grommet the harness shoots strait up and runs along the top of the dash just under the windscreen.
its a good thing I had the dash board removed, or it wouldn't of been installed.
