what subs would you go with for a daily driver that produces good spl and sq? price doesn't matter. the w7 or dd is what i'm thinking but what about you?

I think I'd have to agree with Gary. The DD is a REALLY nice driver, and less $$ than the W7.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

9500 for SPL and W7 for SQ. Each are optimized for those purposes. You will never get a 9500 to sound as good as a W7 can, just like you can't get a W7 to reach the output capabilities of the 9500.
I'll put my vote in for the Exodus Audio subs if you are leaning toward SQ.
