I intend to put the following in my 97 crown vic:
Speakers:
Infinity Reference 6800cs      -front
Infinity Reference 9603i       -rear
Infinity Kappa Perfect 10 VQ   -sub
Will place the sub in a Qlogic sealed .65
Power:
Infinity Reference 5760a 6 channel
Will bridge the two sub channels for a reported "56 watts RMS x 4 + 287 watts RMS x 1 in 5-channel mode"
My question is, with this sub, in this enclosure, will the bridged 287 watts be enough for good performance. I realize that 287 is ideal, probably at 14.4. I'll probably get less. Any ideas what I should expect? Is there a bare minimum % of RMS that should be provided to this sub, if so am I close? If anyone has any experience with this sub they will probably agree that the variables with this thing are extreme. It's got some removable inserts that change the magnets mass/strength, it will work in just about any enclosure.
Here's a good review

You should be fine with that much power, but it probably depends on your listening habits. Try it, more than likely you'll be fine. If you start clipping the amplifier, you'll need more power.

Thanks for the input. I must admit I am a bit nervous about this amp. The whole point was to keep my system to one amp for simplicity. If the sub is underpowered my whole plan may go out the door with this amp.

You should be fine. I wouldn't be nervous about the amp, if you decide you need more power in the future you can always use that amp in a plan to upgrade speakers. bi-amp, run some midbass, etc.
