i just installed a autopage rf 525 into a 05 dodge ram. things are working fine.. now the issue i am having is this alarm as most do have a hood trunk trigger.. well the switch is on the tailgate so if opened alarm will go off.. the wire running from the alarm is good. the pin is in a good spot for ground.. thing is when armed and open tailgate the allarm will not sound. this worked with the old alarm.. does anyone have any ideas on what i can do to make it work becides ordering a strip for the tailgate..

which wire did you use on the alarm for rear door?
