window drop down when opening door

I have an s-10 pickup that I have converted into a hardtop convertible.  I have done this before, but have always had an issue with small water leaks. 

On my next truck to end the leaks, I want to convert the windows to drop down (about an inch) automatically upon opening the door; and to go up when the door is shut.  This is common on the new Camaro, Ford Mustangs and PT Cruisers.

How do I go about wiring this type of system.  My door handles are shaved so entry is by remote already.

Please don't kill me if I did not post this correctly.

Okay...okay...I am no expert, but have played around with wiring before (relays, electric window conversions, alarm systems, and electric doors)...so I do have a little understanding, BUT definitely going to need a little more guidance.

In looking at the 530t Installation manual (the first one of four on the link that was posted above), how would I add a delay into the system so that the solenoid opens the door after the window goes down?

Also, I don't need the window to roll all the way down, so should I control the up and down with micro switches?  How would I add them into the system?

You could possibly do it with a few time delay relays and a "all the way up" limit switch per door.  Set it up so that the windows drop for 1 second if the door is open AND the windows are all the way up.  Then, when the door is closed have them go back up for 1 second. 

By law, if the windows don't open over a certain amount, you don't have to have an anti pinch system in place.  As long as you keep the times as low as possible the risk of damaging a motor over the long run would be low.

Should/can I wire the system with the 530t?  The vent option on the 530t seems perfect...however, I am confused if it can be wired to do what I need...Or is there another way to create my own circuit(s) that can pulse up and down?

I have electric doors (without door handles on the outside) and access the car with a remote.   Once the remote is pushed, this would activate the window to drop (and as previously stated) I would like for a split second delay before the electric door activates.

But then when I am seated in the truck, I would be using the interior door handle to open the door.  If this is the case, I would need to have a switch activating the window to drop.   I assume this circuit would be the same for the switch that activates when the door is shut for the window to go up. 

I would need to have a switch that shuts the system off when the window is already down.

I am trying not to sound redundant with my posts.  I keep running through scenarios in my head and on paper, but know there has to be a simpler way to do this. I really think it would be trick and detailed for the windows to operate like a new car.
