Just wondering if you can use door lock actuators to pop open doors with no handles on the outside?

If so, how do I wire the relay?  Of course I also need a spring loaded pin correct?

any help would be great ,  thanks!!!!!!!

Use trunk-pop solenoids, actuators are not usually strong enough. You'll need two relays, one for each door. If you plan on using an alarm system you will need two extra channels, one for each door.
#85 goes to a negative trigger from your alarm (or external switch)
#86 goes to 12 volts constant
#30 goes to 12 volts constant (just jump to #86)
#87 goes to your new trunk-pop solenoid
The other wire of the solenoid (if there is one) will go to ground
