4205v, blowing fuses

Whenever I start up the remote start it blows one of the fuses on the power wire. (30a). I have both of the power wires connected directly to the battery. Is that my issue?   Thanks. (First remote start I've done)

No, the power wire connection is not the issue, you've connected one of the 4 heavy wire outputs to something that is grounded. One of the fuses supplies two of the outputs, and the power to the module. The other fuse is for the other two outputs. It's possible to figure this out with a meter, but current DEI installation guides no longer tell you enough to figure it out without testing.
Begin with the make, model and year of the car your installing it into please.

I didn't install the the hood pin Switch to the gray wire, would that cause this? Is the hood pin switch necessary?

While the Hood Pin is not mandatory and it's non-use will not cause any problems ( including the one you are now experiencing ),

it is a nice safety feature and highly recommended.

Did you wire the truck as a Type 3c or a Type 4 ( DB-ALL2 install guide )?

I wired it with type 4. How exactly should I wire the parking lights? Change the jumper to negative then the negative parking light wire? White wire on 4205v to WHITE/ light green wire (-) parking light wire? Thanks

If you want to use the (-) Parking Light wire, you will need a relay and a 1130 ohm resistor.  Here is the wiring :
Relay Pin 86 to Viper White Parking Light Output ( with jumper in the + position )
Relay Pin 85 to chassis ground
Relay Pin 87 to chassis ground through 1130 ohm resistor
Relay Pin 30 to  WHITE/ lt. green (-)  @ headlight switch or cluster, small gray plug, pin 5
Relay Pin 87a not used - insulate

No.  Yours is a pretty straight forward install with no big power draws.  Perhaps if you listed all the connections we might see something.

primary harness used wires
h1/8 ground ---> wire grounded to chassis
remote start harness (h3)
h3/1 BLACK/ white neutral safety switch ---> grounded to chassis
h3/2 violet/white Tach input ---> dball2 tach output violet/white
h3/3 brown + brake shutdown input ---> dball2 brake output gray
h3/4 gray hood pin ----> hood pin connected
heavy guage relay
1 red 30A high ---->connected to battery
3 red 30a high -----> connected to battery
5 purple output to starter ----> dball2 starter input voilet wire ---->start pin on ignition switch
6 pink output to primary ignition circuit ---->dball2 ignition input pink wire ----->ignition pink/white on ignition switch
sat harness
1 blue 200ma status output ----> dball2 bllue/white gwr
door lock
1 light blue unlock output--->dball2 blue unlock input
3 green lock output ---> dball2 green lock input
dball2
blue connector
ft can high tan/black---->WHITE/ orange ignition switch
ft can low tan ------> white ignition switch
red 12v connected to battery
black grounded to chassis
red connector
multiplex output violet/green connected to multiplex output violet brown---->mux violet/brown on ignition switch
i think thats everythihng
