Hi everyone!
I recently bought a clifford alarm (model 420.4x), is installed and all wiring is properly connected; the problem is that when the alarm is activated and open a door alarm is not activated no flashing lights , no siren sounds. I don´t know if I have to make some programming to activate that function.
I read the manuals (phyton 424, clifford 420.4x, viper 4204) , 2 alarm technicians checked me and everyone says that the alarm is well connected but no response when the alarm is activated.

Check voltage between any input fuse and your grounding point.

If you have a 420.4x, it is a remote start/keyless entry unit.
No alarm features. Was a siren included with the kit?

Remote start/keyless entry only. No alarm.
Nice units. Good range, reliable.
My wife has had the Viper brand in her Corolla for over 6 years.
Never had a problem.

itself has very good specifications, I bought it thinking that alarm worked well, but it only works me like central locking because where the installed the technical know nothing about remote start.
Well, thanks you (howie ll & smokeman1), That solves the problem of alarm function.Problem with Alarm Clifford 420.4x -- posted image. Problem with Alarm Clifford 420.4x -- posted image.
