im installing a generic no name power window module to roll up my windows when i arm my car. My alarm puts out an 250ma (-) and the module says it needs 500ma (-) to work. My question is that do i need to use a relay to make it work? thanks ahead of time.

i would think the 250 ma output will work, but if it does not then yes you will need a relay to step up the ground to a suitable signal for the window module to operate.
