I had this alarm professionally installed a year ago and it has given me absolutely no problems since.
Today I unhooked the black (chassis ground) wire from where it was screwed into my firewall. The second I hooked it back up my alarm started going off. This happens whenever I unhook my battery, so I thought nothing of it and pushed the "disarm" button on the remote.
It turns out that both of my remotes are no longer programmed to the brain, and nothing that I try will make it stop. I eventually had to unplug the main wire harness from the brain and walk away.
I searched and found a few posts asking a similar question and tried most of the remedies I could gather (most of which being ignition/valet switch programming...
Anything else I can try? I'm stumped...
