YOU DO NOT NEED A RELAY!!!!! you can go to the clutch switch. just above the peddle and connect the two wires with a jumper... The ony down side is that you will not have to push in the clutch anymore. I do not recomend doing this on a manual trans. but if you are going to do it DONT LEAVE IT IN DRIVE. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! just e brake

I won't hook it up like that for the very reason everytime i hit remote start i will wonder if my mustang is zipping across the lot :( I installed a remote start for manual trans car it will start in auto trans mode fine but not in manual reservation mode, something cancels out reservation mode when engine is turned off after exiting car, manufacturer recommended i recheck clutch bypass even though i can start it in automatic trans mode all day long,

If your Remote Start has Pit Stop or Stop & Go Feature U can use Peripheral # NSS

I used a diagram from the mannix install book,

"(U can use Peripheral # NSS)"

can you give more info on this?

The NSS (Neutral Safety Bypass) is wired to the Ignition, Brake, Remote Start, etc.
Your Remote Start HAS TO HAVE Top & Go or Pit Stop Feature.
When your vehicle is running with the Key, U should be able to push your Remote Start Button and the vehicle will remain running when you turn OFF yhe Key.
This enables the NSS to function
You should ALSO have Emergency Brake and other Safety hookups installed also

It has reservation mode, my factory ignition start runs through the clutch switch 12 volts and to starter, the mannix senses park brake ground input then turn off key lights flash and engine still runs now it is in manual trans reservation mode, exit vehicle and push lock button engine kills and reservation mode begins,
