I will try to make this short

I bought the compustar 2w-800 with cm3000 module

Every thing was going ok with the installation and before I finish the violet pre wired to the starter kill stopped giving (-) ground when the system is armed

I examined the cm3000 circuit board for any failures like diodes or relays but every thing looks ok

I went thru the manual and I found out that in program (2) you can change that option to ignition kill? But that doesn't work ether I also can't enter the programming mood 1 or 2 because I need to increase the pulse time on aux1 and aux2

Any help please I spent 2 weeks installing the system and its all to waist if I can't solve this

thanks guys

What I need is

1- How to program the aux1 and aux2 to generate (-) pulse for 40sec instead of 1sec I under stand that it’s possible as the manual says? But the process is some how confusing

2- the violet pre wired to the starter kill relay stopped giving (-) ground when the system is armed how can I fix that so it produce ground (-)like before?

Thank you very much for your time

I would like to know how to program the aux1 and aux2 for more time also. I guess you'll need a programmer. Im not sure. Hopefully
