2001 lexus is300 door l/ul

I need help for my IS300 door lock wiring,i followed with this diagram,however it is not working,i checked other forum said it need an extra relay and a diode for the installation.I connected with the alarm wire from blue and green to the wires below.
LOCK MOTOR|GREEN/ YELLOW        |   |body ECU *1 |
|     UNLOCK MOTOR|blue/black          |   |body ECU *1 |

Good lord on our version,  out comes the control box above the fuse box,  driver's KP,  remove board, cut the motor tracks, solder on two loops, bring them out through a hole then re-assemble, having drilled a hole in the box,  also leads coming in give you your door contacts,. Even putting in a phone kit was a PITA,  you had to run to a plug inside the trunk over the left side wheel arch to pull the factory mute!
