I used to work for Alte Mere tinting, alarm, and audio..........I just tinted and installed car audio systems but never really messed with remote start and alarms.    Now I want to install alarms and remote start.  I dont know where to learn.  I live in salt lake city, Utah.

My main problem right now is how to install a Sting alarm, keyless, and remote start system.  Can you tell me what procedures i need to take? I take the door panels off right?  I think it has keyless and alarm already but I dont have the remote, not sure though.  Ive found most of the wires I just need to know if there is anything else I need to do........I have a 2000 Acura TL 3.2 ....

please reply....ill take any advice

Notes:Here are some notes about the vehicle that you will need to know before you begin the installation:

NOTE: This vehicle has an immobilizer system that needs to be bypassed when adding remote start.  http://www.velocitymotorsport.com/security/honda_transponder.htm  *1 Located in a green 20-pin connector. Use the key switch in the passenger door to test.  *2 Located in a green 18-pin connector.  *3 The passengers MUX module is located behind the glove box.    *4 In a 2-pin connector near the air intake on the drivers side shock tower.

no you dont need to take the door pannels off for anything you will most likely find everything you need like parking lights brake shutdown , door triggers etc in driver door kick pannel ,. the tack wire needs to be ran into the engine compartment and connected to above stated wire .
