I believe there is a guy on ebay that does avic repairs. Maybe he is on this board? Maybe someone like him who knowns how to disassemble the unit can take some high res pictures? Anyone want to contact him?

I just thought of something. The N1 can't have the same solder points as the N2. If it did, you wouldn't be able to just ground the park brake lead to bypass the lock-out. If I remember reading correctly in this forum, on the N2 you have to jump the two solder points AND ground the park brake lead, right?

I use Giganews and it shows all parts are there. PM your email if you need it.

I have had mine apart. It only takes about 5 mins to take completly apart super easy actually. There arent pins like the N2 has but we need pics of the N2 board so we can trace where they lead to so we can do the same thing on the N1 but in reverse.

if you have both boards, trace out r or f 197 and see where it goes. i will have both today, so maybe i will have an answer today.

I don't think that comparing the boards is going to help, but you never know. I gave a copy of the 60MT disc to one of (if not the) best developers we have at work today, and he will see what he can do.

Excellent. If I could only figure out why I couldn't search for addresses when I had 60MT on my N1. It was like it wasn't available.
