You will need to hook up a relay to be triggered from the RED / BLACK 2nd STARTER (-) wire from the CN2 harness.

The green wire has 2 functionalities:
1- A door status (-) output (not required in 2-way
iDatalink mode.
2 - A rap shutdown (-) output, with the
PURPLE / black wire connected to ground. The green
wire must be connected to the driver door switch
to turn off radio at the end of the remote start
sequence.
The PURPLE / YELLOW wire goes to the BCM PIN #11 DARK GREEN

It's either or, but not both. You must choose one or the other.

Yes, this will shut the vehicle off when you get the vehicle into ready mode.

ok i need this a little clearer, if possible...1. can't i do it without a relay and just power the clutch directly? either way could direct me on exactly how to wire..  2. next what exactly do i do with the green wire for the idatalink? do i hook it to a bcm wire for the rap? and ground the PURPLE / black??? and then would i need to connect the CM-4000 door output to the same bcm wire as the green from the idatalink module...am i correct?? they both need to see the door status?? thanks for your help!!

You should have a (+) trigger clutch wire that is YELLOW. Wire a relay like this:
85 - 2nd STARTER wire from CN2 Harness
86 - YELLOW starter wire from CN1 harness
87 - Goes to pin 86
30 - To YELLOW wire at clutch
87a - NOT USED

Read the answer above. If you want to use the iDatalink to do RAP shut down GROUND the PURPLE / BLACK wire. The green wire must be connected to the driver door switch to turn off radio at the end of the remote start sequence. The GREEN wire will do either the RAP shut down or output a (-) Door trigger. So if you want the RAP shut down option from the iDatalink, you will need to do as stated above. If you want to use the GREEN wire for door status instead, just wire up this wire to the RED / WHITE wire at the CN2 harness.
