pioneer avic f900bt wiring possible?

Hey everyone, I've posted on these forums a few times, but I have been an avid reader for years. I'm planning on getting the Pioneer AVIC-F900BT, but I have heard of the bugs and slow system start up time. The reason I am getting this unit is, because I work for Circuit City Roadshop and we get it for a very good price off accommodations. We have this unit in our store, and I have played around with it. It paired perfectly with my LG Voyager with bluetooth. But I did notice that the start up time is rather lengthy. Now while I was sitting in class tonight, I was thinking if it were possible to use one of the auxiliary outputs from a remote start to send power to the unit so that it would start up and be ready by the time you get into the car. Now, the problems that I'm running into with this are : how to keep constant power to the unit during the car starting process without the unit restarting. And the second problem : the polarity of the outputs from the remote start are negative. So can a relay be wired to the output to change the polarity to positive to effectively turn the unit on? Now to throw a little bit more into the mix. I am going to be installing my whole system in a couple of months, and I'll be adding a second battery in the trunk, just for the system itself. Can the Pioneer be wired to the secondary battery with a relay, so that the unit will not turn on unless either turned on manually, or turned on with the remote start output. Also is there a way to wire it with a relay so that when you put the to either ACC or Start, it will turn the unit on as well? But at the same time, have the unit turn off via relay when the key is removed from the ignition? I would try and do all of this myself through trial and error, but I really do not want to fry a $600 remote start, not to mention a $1000 double din. Any help and comment would be appreciated. when you remote start the vehicle, it should turn on your acc power. when you put the key in it should stay constant and the unit should not reset... if it does, there's definitely a way to fix that but, to give you a little encouragement i figured i'd let you know. i think what you are trying to accomplish with the secondary battery is for it to turn on your audio system and be separate from the main battery. there's something called a high current isolation relay that you will need. it will allow for the main battery to be completely disconnected from the secondary battery until the vehicle starts. this can be turned on and off with a switch at your convenience!
