lol. im the kind of person that if my bass isnt heard from at least a block i dont even play my music loud. so what should i do?

Not if he wants output... You tune high for SPL, say somewhere in the 42-45Hz range. He's already tuned too low, which is why his output suffers so drastically.
yeah you're right. i dont know what i was thinking. tune in the mid 40hz range but i wouldn't go higher than 50hz because you listen to a lot of rap/hip hop
