i have done a search on this and could not find the answer

genaric pwm  installed and i get a 2 second run on the windows then they stop. i do not have power door locks so i was informed in using the lock side to do a up only.

what else can i try the module is for 2 windows  the ogange wire  was for the lock - input      and it has a pink for accesory. soould that be used?

It sounds like you may not be using the proper trigger or setting. If you are using it as a stand alone without an alarm, you may need to use a latching relay to provide the (-) current to make them travel the full distance.
If you are using an alarm accessory output trigger,consider using a "ground when armed output", like what you would use to trigger a starter kill relay, or increase the pulsed output to 3 seconds, if possible. I use a "ground when armed output" on my window modules and they work great.
Keeping in mind, this set up is specific to window roll up when arming an alarm. If doing a dual window module that will control say rolling/crack one or both, you will need to use one of the alarm's accessory (-)outputs and or, converting the output to a negative trigger with a relay if using a (+) output trigger. This may sound alittle confusing but most of the modules operate off of a negative input.
The pink wire you mentioned is one I have yet to use, but can control another accessory, if desired.
