I definitly don't want to steer you wrong here, so take note, the wiring colors I know are for connecting the 426 master module and not the pro 500, but hopefully code is smart enough to use the same colors in all of their products.

For the small gauge main harness on the brain, the colors i remember are Gray - hoodpin input, Blue - Instant trigger, Green - Doorpin, Purple + Doorpin, WHITE/ Blue - Channel 3 relay output, Brown + siren output, Orange - starter kill relay output, White Parking Light output, WHITE/ Red Parking light polarity input, BLACK/ White - Domelight supervision relay output, BLACK/ Gray - Wait to start input

The thick gauge wire harness has Red & RED / Blue, both are power sources and should go to a +12V source, Orange + Acessory output, Pink + ignition 1, Pink/White + Ignition 2, Purple to engine side of the starter wire, Green to the key side of thhe starter wire, BROWN / Red - Brake shutdown input.

Remember, this is just the wires I remember off the top of my head and it's for a different model alarm, I would personally call code and ask them to fax or email you a diagram before you start installing.
