97 mercedes e320 remote start

that problem may be from not powering up all of the ign. wires...... double check to see that all of the wires are powered up.... here is a test you can do... remote start the car and see if the lights goes out when you put the key in the ign. and step on the brake to turn off the remote start..... then start it several times in a row with the key and see it the lights stays out each time... if so, i would guess that a wire(s) were missed...Good Luck
