just go and listen to a pair of memphis multisync 6.5   260.00 full retail or  the new memphis 6.5 components 450.00 full retail and try to bargain your saleman to 400.00 they are well above any speaker in that price range on the market right now.

For SQ, that multisync can't even stand up to the SP-S6500.

eDi's for $250 shipped, and save some money.  My buddy has a set and is running it off a Nine.2, and it sounds awesome.
Without ME it's just AWESO

the nakamichi sp s6500 for $210.00 on ebay don't sound like a bad choice. how do they perform in the mid-bass section?

Mid Bass if fine for SQ applications. They are all around great components.

I recommend two sets, one for the front and one for the rear of the car. They sound great trust me!!! I love Nak products, and this is no exception!
