I went to a car show and I saw a bunch of cars with these things either in the trunk or even one in someones hood. Its made of glass I guess 2 pieces, and it has bubbles in between the glass. They are also lighted with either red or blue or glass. I've been trying to find out what this things are called but no one knows what they are called. Please help.

Bubble walls? All it is is plexi, usually baby oil, fish tank air pumps and some lighting. Most places make them, and I have yet to see them as prefab for a car. Check Spencers Gift or Sharper Image for the larger home decor ones. They were big about 10 years ago and are making a comeback.

Are there any kits out there that you can assemble?

Not that I am aware of. If you think it through you could probably design one yourdself. All you need is the items I listed above, plus the hose I forgot to mention to go from the pumps to the supply line at the bottom of the wall. All in all you are building a box with about 3/4 inch depth between the front wall and back wall.

Yea it seems easy enough. How do you power the pump though? Is that just run to a power converter in the car?

Yes, you would just run an inverter to the pump. I know I have dealers that build these a couple times a year for different installs. They are not too hard, but time consuming more than anything.
