ok. i am using a 528T pulse relay timer. the switch i am trying to use is this. it gets power with the key on and in accessory. but when i go to start the truck it loses power while the key is in start and then returns to power. it is a factory switch. my question is this. if i put diodes inline with it can i use the switch to close a circuit and not have power with it. is this possible.

You need to explain better if you want help with this. I do not understand exactly what you want to do. You could remove all of the wires and use the switch by it's self.
