Running headrest monitor off of non-car battery

There are two way's the you could wire this up.

The first would be to wire the Red and Yellow together and go to the positive terminal with the Black wire going to the ground terminal.

Another way would be to wire the Yellow wire to the positive terminal, wire the Red wire to a switch and the other side of the switch to the positive terminal, again, the Black wire to ground.

Be sure that the battery rating is large enough to run the monitor for the length of time that you want.

The down side that could occur is when the unit is turned off, it still has a drain on the battery. I do not know if your monitor does this or not.

You can tell by hooking up a current meter between the Red wire and the Battery (also have the Yellow wire and Black wire hooked up to the battery) and see if there is any current draw with the unit turned off.
