if you hooked up all the wires correctly, the next step would be programming the module, it should explain it in the installation guide.

you've got the following wires connected correctly?
Ignition 1     GREEN/ VIOLET     (+)     IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Accessory 1     GRAY / YELLOW     (+)     IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
Starter 1     RED / LIGHT BLUE     (+)     IGNITION SWITCH HARNESS
did you program tach or put the unit on voltage? disconnect the hood pin cometely until you have the remote start working correctly. actually had someone bring theirs in because they just couldn't get the remote start to work. they just never adjusted the hood pin so it was always showing ground.

does it give any parkinglight flashes? if so look under diagnostics and see what it shows as error.

make sure the remotes even respond to the unit.  If not program them.  Then disconnect the shut down wires ( brake & hoodpin).  Make sure you have ground on BLACK/ white wire & black wire and 12 volt on all red wires.

Where did you ground the unit ? Sounds like a ground issue
