To make your answer more clear. my sound system is prefect even with the carputer. The problem is soon as i plug in HD radio or sirius tuner into the line in jack of the motherboard, i start getting this constant loud buzz noise even with car off. I get it  no matter if the mp3 is playing or not.

Have you tried grounding the shield of the RCA jacks that are connected to the HD or the Sirius tuner?    Also have you tried doing the same thing at the Input of the radio?

Sounds as though you have a ground loop issue. You should be able to go to your local audio shop and get them to let you try one to see if it will fix your problem. A ground loop isolator that is. Pac-audio.com has an SNI-1   Try connecting it on the output of one of the tuners. If it does not work there you can try it on the input jack of the deck.
