heres the Nitro  I would imagine you get the horn at the relay under the hood.

PASSIVE ANTI-THEFT YES TRANSPONDER   SEE NOTES 
 This vehicle is equipped with a TRANSPONDER passive anti-theft system. A keyless bypass module may be available for remote start installations, contact your supplier to find out. If one of these modules is not available to you, refer to our transponder bypass diagram.
 12 VOLTS Red Low in driver's kickpanel   + 
 IGNITION Pink/white Ignition switch harness   + 
 ACCESSORY Violet/brown Ignition switch harness   mux 
 Required ground through a 600-ohm resistor to activate accessories. See the provided diagram.
 STARTER Violet/brown Ignition switch harness   mux 
 Required ground through a 180-ohm resistor to activate starter. See the provided diagram.
 TACH SIGNAL Opposite from BROWN / gray At any of the coils on the engine   AC 
 FUEL INJECTOR Opposite from BROWN / white At any of the fuel injectors on the engine   AC 
 LOCK Violet/green DKP harness from driver's door   - 
 Requires a 1-kohm resistor to lock and a 185-ohm resistor to unlock.
 UNLOCK Same wire as lock DKP harness from driver's door   - 
 Requires a 1-kohm resistor to lock and a 185-ohm resistor to unlock.
 DOORPIN SEE NOTES     
 Driver's door - Violet/blue, front right door - Violet/white, rear left door - Violet/gray, and right rear door - Violet / YELLOW. All 4 wires are located in the black plug on the left side of the steering column.
 HOODPIN Violet/blue At pinswitch under hood   - 
 TRUNK PIN Violet/orange In black plug on left side of steering column   - 
 TRUNK RELEASE Lt.GREEN/ blue In driver's kickpanel running to rear of vehicle   Rev Pol 
 This will only unlock the trunk lid.
 FACTORY ARM Pulse lock & LF doorpin     
 FACTORY DISARM Through OEM remote only     
 BRAKESWITCH Dk.GREEN / WHITE Large harness low in driver's kickpanel   + 
 PARKLIGHTS WHITE/ violet Large harness low in driver's kickpanel   + 
 HAND BRAKE GREEN / WHITE At switch on handbrake lever   - 
 HORN Dk.GREEN/ violet At steering column   - 
 VSS WIRE GREEN/ brown In Green plug at PSM on pass. side fender under hood   AC
