I bought a Rostra cruise control kit for my 2008 Tacoma with TR-FE (4 cyl.) engine.  The driver's side junction box does not look like figure 11 in the installation instructions. (link below)

Does anyone have a good diagram of the junction box?   -Or- can someone tell me which wire I should tap into?

By the way, I ran a wire from the battery in the driver's side window, took a drive, and the cruise works fine, I just need the correct power source!  (switched power)

Thank you!

Robert

Go to your the lower right side of the fuse panel for your ignition wire. BLACK/ RED in the wire loom running across the lower portion of the fuse panel.

You're right Jeff, I ran in that situation before, the first one I did would not work right. There is a mistake in Rostra's instructions. I used the ign wire from ign switch and it works. I did many Tacomas since and no problems.
