lock/unlock wire is pink/white in driver kick or at gem
lock is negative trigger with a 1000 ohm resistor
unlock is straight negative trigger
you will need relays. you can use diodes but a relay is much better way

no relays or resistors needed. just use these wires:

Lock (-) WHITE/ Violet - Drivers Kick panel - Harness to Left of Fusebox

Unlock (-) Pink/White - Same location as above

OEM Disarm (-) Blue/Green - Same location as above

In matter a fact ALL the wires can be found in the drivers kick panel

Brake (+) Light Green - same location as above

Door Trigger (-) Light GREEN/ Orange - Same location as above

Parking Lights (+) Brown - Green Plug at fuse box

Horn (-) Yellow/Light  Green - Blue Plug at fuse box

Ignition Wires - All at the fuse box also -

Use Yellow(thick) for 12v Constant - Green plug at fuse box

Ignition - Light GREEN/ Violet - Blue Plug at fuse box

Accessory - BLACK/ Green - Gray Plug Fuse Box

Starter - Tan/Blue - Blue Plug Fuse Box

Nice Easy car for you all wires are in the kick panel.  - Don't forget a Bypass for the transponder key.

oh just remembered, You might need to set your unlock wire on the 791 to double pulse.  Also you need to test these wires from the key cylinder on the drivers door, not from the unlock switch on the inside door panel.

Tach - Pink/White at the Computer found centered on the cars firewall in the engine bay.  You can get to it at the harness w/o unplugging the Harness.  You can unplug it want to by loosening the bolt in the center of the plug.

they both say "status output" in the installation manual right? I haven't installed DEI in awhile , thats why I ask. If so then yes, you an use either one. I know one is labeled status output/defroster.  If you have intentions of hooking up the rear defroster then don't use that one, use the other one.  If you have no intentions of hooking that up, then it doesn't matter which you use.

i usually use the blue wire for (-)status output from the satellite relay, but you can just as easily use the blue/white wire off the brain for 2nd (-) status output
