I have a Viper 5700 installed in my 2000 Neon. All of a sudden the status LED has been on constant instead of blinking and it no longer chirps on either the car or the remote. And yes the siren still works. I didnt even think this setting could be changed. Any ideas?

Sounds like valet mode is on. Your manual will tell you how to get out of it.
I think its open door, turn ignition on then off, and hold valet button. I forget though.

Yeah you'll have to check the manual, it involves the remote, unlock, lock, unlock after door open, ignition cycle.
Look it up, I just did it yesterday and I still can't remember.

2 ways to do it
1) by remote---- open door   hit lock then unlock then lock again
2) by key turn key to ign then back off then hit valet button once this needs to be done in less then 10 sec but dotn go to fast
