i have a customer that wants to do a large cut through on his truck with 4 13w7s. problem is he likes to be able to open and close the rear window with the button on his dash. The motor to it is almost in the middle of the back of the cab. i was wondering if anyone had relocated the motor before and what they had to do?

my shop considered doing that and u know what.... forget about it.... your only opportunity for relo would be somewhere in the headliner.... after all u gotta go someplace that will not interfere with the port of your walkthru....

but hey... give it a try i  guess.... we were ready to hook the one dude up but he got sticker shock when we told him what the potential cost could be..... we charge a minimum 2 grand just to do a regular walk thru... he was looking at least double that for us to attempt that..... so we did a custom center console instead..... w/2 12 w7's and he was pretty happy with that...

there can be only one.......
