viper 560xv issues

I recently had a Viper 560XV installed in my wife's 2005 Camry LE. Since the install we have had issues. The alarm has acted up it has caused no start conditions. It has also caused the 5A ECU–ACC fuse to burn out.A particular issue is the remote start starts the Camry but the but the engine will die with the key in the ignition in the on position upon application of the brakes. Combination meter, radio and clock display work fine while engine is running. Upon restarting with the key, no combination meter, radio or clock display (burnt fuse).Anyone know why the circuits on the 5A ECU–ACC are operation during remote start warm-up but not during manual start? It seems to me that the circuits should be dead since the fuse is blown. Had the brain removed for a few days without any problems. Had it reinstalled and issues resurfaced again after just six days. Now the brain and harnesses are out of the car.It appears to be either the brain or the installation. It is a reputable shop that has done well be me over the years.I tried reachind out to DEI but they told me to deal with the dealer. I suspect the dealer has little if any troubleshooting skills. Any help/insight is appreciated.

Wiring for that car... 12 Volts     WHITE/ red (30A), white (5A)     +     ignition harness Starter     BLACK/ white     +     ignition harness Second Starter     BLACK / YELLOW     +     ignition harness Ignition     BLACK/ red     +     ignition harness Second Ignition     BLACK / YELLOW     +     ignition harness Accessory     blue/red     +     ignition harness The dealer probably connected one of the power wires from the 560xv to the white (5 amp) constant wire at the ignition harness. That is the problem. They should not be using that wire. Have them connect all power wires from the 560xv to the WHITE/ Red wire at the ignition harness, or run them to the battery. I always did those cars by connecting all power wires to the WHITE/ red. One time I had to take a trip to a customers house when a co-worker connected one of the constant wires to the 5 amp constant wire and blew the fuse. Replaced the fuse, rewired it correctly and the problem never happened again.

i have a theory however Jworm is probably right because i have seen that before, the other thing is a broken solder joint, provided that they even solder. if the wire i broken then it would work with the auto start but not the key because the connection is broken especially if it were an ignition wire, the likely hood in this theory is minimal compared to Jworms however."so should that little computer under the dash smell burnt? I DIDN"T DO IT!"
