im hookin up the compustar 2 way 2w900fm-2d unit in my car and have a yellow with black wire not sure where to put on the system. its in the prewired relays and i hooked up the green wire to the off the cn2 to the blue wire thanks for any and all help

It's the starter disable. Cut the starter wire, key side is pin 30, the starter side is 87a. (I am not familier with the colors... so look at the relay)

its yellow and black for the colors and the other wire that has another relay has a blue wire on it.

Kia the relay with the yellow and yellow/black is your starter kill relay. Im not sure what your asking? the Blue wire is a selectable output for either 2nd ingition 2nd starter or 2nd accessory depending on the brain you have. please clarify your quesiton.
