I am trying to come up with a control panel for my nitrous setup. The diagram is too big to include as a pic, so here is a link to the pdf:

http://www.nthtechnologies.com/temp/Nitrous_Relays.pdf

I am not sure if my wiring is correct. This is my first time at trying this stuff, so please be nice, but let me know if I need to do anything differently.

1. Should both the + signals to the latching relay be to the same terminal?

2. Will the system always have the correct state? Or are there better ways to control the power flow to make sure everything is always synchronized? I figured with constant power to the timers and the motor relays, that when I turn off the key, the bottle would close if it was open.

3. Will the timer ever fire when I just turn on/off the key?

Thanks

Darryn

no edit buttons...??
ok
perhaps putting an rpm based relay would be an idea to completely eliminate the possibility of fire on key on/off.. this was an afterthought from above. not trying to double post or nothing. just adding my extra $0.02...lol

The Window switch in the diagram does just that.
