So when testing the unlock wire there should be a double + pulse? Everything sounds great I will install my system saturday. thanks for the clarification on the 87 pink/blk wire.

You won't see a double pulse on the wire during testing. The wires you'll be looking for would go to ground when the key is turned to lock or unlock in the driver's door key cylinder.
Notice when you turn the key to unlock it unlocks the driver's door - if you release it and turn it again within a few seconds it will unlock all doors. The double pulse programming option on the Viper simulates this.

Sounds good I will give that a try. But does anybody know how to test the key sense wire? The wire in my truck is GREEN/ blk as well as my starter. I know from past experience that most of these wires are very small 22gauge or something. There is another GREEN/ blk coming out of the steering column 2nd harness Hear is a picture of it. I think this is it but I have no idea how to test it. 08 tacoma 2ign 2 start how w viper 5701 - Page 2 - Last Post -- posted image.

Ok I figured the key sense out...   Ok hear is my new problem. I have installed my system and it remotely starts fine but when it’s remotely started The AC does not work. Also when remotely started the tire inflation, rear wheel diff light and the ABS light all come on. I metered the ignition harness wires again just to double check the system the and the second ignition is not energized when it is remotely started. But is energized when started normally.   Also when the system is remotely started, when I put the key in the ignition and turn it to start it shuts the car down. When I turn it to IGN/ON it operates normally, Minus the AC and the other light.   Any info would be great.

I sent you a detailed pm about correcting the 2nd starter issue.
As to the whole start thing, that is the anti-grind preventing you form cranking the car while its running and blowing things up. To take over control after remote starting, put the key in and turn it the on position (not start) and press the brake and it should kick over.
