polk audio crossovers overheating during

The plastic is melted on the back of the xover . . . the xovers seem really weak. The speakers appear to be fine if I move them to a different xover they sound fine. I know I read elsewhere someone else stated a similar issue.

The resistor could be replaced with a 20W if this is where the problem is. Looks like plenty of space available. It blows my mind seeing 5W and smaller on the Focal stuff.
Kicker had the ND-20 Tweeter Set back when. It had the light bulb protection circuit built into a resin sealed clear case. Many came back melted.
