Hello, I'm pretty new at this & need some help. I have a 94 Nissan Sentra that when I arm the the & open the door's it doesn't trigger? I wired up the H1/9 green(-) door trigger input.I believe that is the correct one.Correct me if I'm wrong, but it only give's power when the doors close. If the wiring is correct, do I use the Violet(+) for something or leave it alone.
Also how can I find the dome light trigger? Isn't that the same thing? Help !
Kind Regards,
howie ll

If your dome light goes out as soon as you shut the door , one wire should go from negative to open or pos when door closed. Conect green wire to this. If it takes about 15-20 seconds for the light to fade away, set the alarm for "courtesy light delay". Don't use the violet.  Alternatively, driver's side front door pin.  Should cover other door(s).
