*8 Must isolate this wire from the BCM when doing remote start to avoid 'service engine soon' light. See directfax document #1600 for wiring information.
doing a 2003 Impala. any heads ups/tips would be appr.

Pin 86 gets the POS Parking light output from the starter, Pin 85 and 87 get ground, Pin 30 goes to the white Parking light wire (relay side) and 87a goes to the BCM side of the white wire. (You need to cut the white wire between the BCM and the parking light relay)
That is all Doc 1600 shows really. It has a diagram that shows you can just cut the wire and put a diode in line with it, and then just tap the relay side with your NEG parking light output, but thats up to you.
